Source is from DVB-T
I connected a VCR and selected analog it worked fine

Yes it is vista wmc and updated to TV pack

One possibility is that (given the age of the hardware) that some component of the tuner has failed.

I am guessing the VCR was connected to the tuner (that used to be a thing).

I found nothing wrong with hardware. I put another pc's disc with windows 7 to machine and installed tv tuner driver. Then watched live tv and everything was fine. Both sound and videos comes.
I want to delete Media Center TV pack update and reinstall it. But i can't uninstall this update. I m screwed. How can i fix this?

Yes. Still not working

Update: I ran CMD as admin and typed regsvr32 wmp.dll and my issue fixed
