Question Scroll sync

Hello, is there any program that will let me scroll through multiple open windows at the same time? For example, when I scroll with the mouse in the browser if I have an open document or folder, will it automatically do so at the same time? Like a synchronization between them, thank you very much!

Already built into Windows.

On the Taskbar do you see the Desktop window(s)? Appears as two overlapping squares - one grey, one white.
(Colors may vary with Taskbar configuration.)

If you open several windows and then click the Desktop icon you should see all of the open windows.

Then use the arrow keys to move around to select the desired window.

Not a true "sroll" in terms of a mouse wheel but actually easier and more controllable.

Easily toggled from Open window to other windows - simple mouse click.

If you do not have the Desktop icon then click an empty part of the Taskbar.

Select Taskbar settings > Personalization > Taskbar
