I'll have to take another pic of TP-L, though I think it's a bit difficult to see properly. It has to slide inside and the clips pushed to lock it in place. Trouble is, I've now thrown the old ribbons away, so I can't compare. >_< I believe this one is type A...? Would I not just insert it the other way around...? With these, I've put them in with the blue side up.
basically check the contact pins which direction there facing.

Some will be pads facing the roof others will have pads facing the board and roof

Both type and pitch there wired differently I'm assuming the 2 connectors connect to each other? Need a full view of the board.
Okay, here's the full view of the back of the board:

And the two connector types - from the underside of the keyboard...

...and on the board...

Fair enough. But the amount of times I keep getting ignored when posting in forums, on Reddit, or on Discord really irks me. It makes me feel invisible and gets me down. And I have had occasions where someone has forgotten to respond; they've said so. But why leave someone hanging when they've been online recently and I've provided pics? So if they've decided not to respond, that's not very helpful or courteous. I'm still not 100% sure which cables I need to get. :-\

Bumping your thread is seen as saying "My thread is more important than anyone elses."
Imaging if the same 10-20 people bumped their threads to the top, all the time.
Those same 20 threads would be the only ones seen.

In any case, not allowed here.
End of story, end of discussion.
