Embargos are generally less official than NDAs, in that, as a rule, there are no signed legal documents involved, and no legal recourse for breaking them.

Instead, if you do break one, your organization will usually be blacklisted from receiving any invitations to future early access events, press materials, or hardware/software to review. They just cut all communication with your organization, and others will often do the same, both as a sign of solidarity, and since, well, you clearly can't be trusted.

Happened to Kotaku over their breaking the embargo on information about Fallout 4, IIRC. It's been around a decade since then, but I still clearly remember it turning into quite a sh**-show.

I mean I know it has to compare to something I guess, so why not old flagship with new flagship, but completely different model at a different price point doing a different thing and which will co-exist with not replace the X1C. It just seems a bit apples and oranges. Either way I'm quite interested to finally know for sure exactly what it is and does, even if it's very likely I have no use-case to own it and just want a larger P-Series
